'Freaky Friday 2' Enters Production, Full Cast Revealed (2 Key Original Stars are Not Returning)

Freaky Friday 2 has officially started filming, and we’ve got a complete rundown of who is involved!

After months of teasing, Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis entered production on the sequel to their 2003 body swapping comedy.

On Monday (June 24), Disney shared the first photo of the costars posing together on set.

We also got some key details about the movie, which will be directed by Nisha Ganatra and is expected to premiere in 2025.

While the plot is still a bit of a mystery, we did learn the entire cast list, which includes nine returning stars. Two key players from the original movie will sadly not be back. However, there are four new additions to the project.
