Love Island Sean Stone’s ‘real job’ revealed – and it’s NOTHING to do with sweets
LOVE Island hunk Sean Stone has a ‘real job’ that has nothing to with the sweets.
The 24 year-old went into the villa and revealed he was a sweet salesman who runs his own confectionary business.
He even talks about pick n’ mix as a chat up line.
But while it’s true that Sean DOES have a candy company, known as Sweet Delivery, he also has another day job that’s worlds away from pear drops and flying saucers.
According to his LinkedIn page, Sean is also a graphic designer, and has worked for a company called Hytex Communication Services for five years and 10 months.
He is still working for the company, as he lists the dates he has worked for them on his profile page as September 2018- present.
Sean lists his skills as ‘branding’ and ‘graphic design.’
While he has been in the villa, his sister Willow has been running the sweet business for him.
The company delivers sugary treats direct to customers’ doors.
According to the website, the firm’s bestselling bags of goodies are apple belts, a classic mix bag, chocolates, bonbons and marshmallow.
But some fans watching the show have slammed Sean’s habit of talking about sweets – believing he is trying to plug his business.
When he first chatted up Tiffany Leighton, he said: “You’re like a fizzy peach, do you know what I mean?” .
But fans fumed on X: “Sean I beg you stop reference every woman to sweets.”
Another chipped in: “Sean is not cut out for this show. Sweets cannot be the only thing you bring to the table/conversation.”
“Sean needs to stop with using sweets as his pickup line,” ranted a third.
And a fourth accused him of self promotion, adding: You know when you’re on tv you can’t say your business name due to advertising policies but you still want everyone to know you own a business? That’s Sean every single minute of every single day. WHATS YOUR FAVOURITE SWEET LOVE.”
Love Island - latest dumpings
LOVE Island was rocked by a shock double dumping this weekend. Yet who left?
IT was woe for two bombshells Omar Nyame and Tiffany Leighton, both 25, who were evicted courtesy of their housemates.
Sunday’s double dumping saw the pair selected for failing to find lasting connections in the villa.
It came just hours after Tiffany had confessed there was “something missing” with Ronnie Vint.
Yet viewers threatened to call Ofcom when Omar was promptly booted out shortly after his spat with Joey Essex, 33.
Currently in the villa, Sean is in a friendship couple with Harriett.
Both survived the elimination last night which sent Tiffany and Omar home.
He has been growing close to bombshell Matilda over the last week.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
