Comic Con coming to Cohoes

COHOES, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Cohoes Public Library will host its own Comic Con this summer. The event is scheduled for July 13.

The convention will feature a plethora of booths and displays showcasing the works of over a dozen artists, authors and creators. Guests can attend panel discussions, and numerous vendors will be offering action figures, comic books and other collectibles.

Attendees will have access to various board games, and the event will also hold a cosplay contest with multiple categories. Cohoes Library Comic Con will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Cohoes Public Library is located at 10 Cayuga Plaza. Admission to the event costs just a $1 donation to The Friends of Cohoes Public Library.
