AGS Transact declines after CRISIL downgrades rating to 'A'

AGS Transact Technologies slipped 1.71% to Rs 87.94 after CRISIL Ratings downgraded its rating on the bank facilities of the company to 'CRISIL A/Stable' from 'CRISIL A+/Negative'.
