Toledo Harbor Lighthouse brings enthusiasts to Maumee River

Cherie Natoli and Steve Natoli boarded a Maumee River cruise Sunday with a somewhat unusual accessory: a “Lighthouse Passport,” the blue leather cover bearing the words “I have seen the light.”
