Eagle-Eyed Fans Noticed a Detail That May Prove Princess Charlotte Is the Biggest Swiftie in the Royal Family

While the Internet is still buzzing over the selfie Taylor Swift took with Prince William, Princess Charlotte, and Prince George, many fans noticed a small detail that may prove one of them is the biggest Swiftie in the family. If you look closely enough, you can see that Charlotte understood the dress code for a Swift concert.

In case you missed it, on June 22, William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, better known as Kate Middleton’s Instagram account @princeandprincessofwales shared a photo featuring three of the five Wales family members and Swift! They shared the photo with the caption reading, “Thank you @taylorswift for a great evening! #LondonTSTheErastour.”

In the photo, we see Swift taking a selfie with a smiling William, George, and Charlotte backstage. While George and William kept their trusty blue clothes (which we discussed the potential reason behind it), Charlotte decided to abide by Swift’s dress code instead.

So, the unofficial dress code among Swifties attending the Eras tour includes two rules: something sparkly and something similar to one of Swift’s albums. In this photo, we can see Charlotte abided by this since she wore a white and yellow, Fearless-coded sequin dress, referring to the main colors during the time Swift was singing songs from the album Fearless.

And obviously, we’re not the only ones who noticed this sweet detail! Under the comments of this photo, we can see fans commenting things like “Charlotte understood the assignment ????????” and “Charlotte looks star stuck and fan girling. Omg she’s so a swifie, it’s too cute!!”

For those who don’t know, William and Kate have been together on and off since 2003. They married in 2011. Since their nuptials, they have since welcomed three children named George, 10, Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6 (who many hope will go to a Swift concert soon).
