NATIONAL SUMMARY

Thunderstorms can bring flash flooding, damaging winds and

hail to parts of the Minnestoa, Michigan, the Dakotas,

Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan tomorrow.

There can be a tornado or two in Minnesota and Wisconsin. A

zone of high pressure will promote dry and hot conditions

across the desert Southwest, central Rockies and southern

Plains. Hot and dry weather will expand into the Northern

Rockies. Afternoon thundershowers will dot the Southern

Rockies and desert Southwest. Cool and damp weather will

continue across the coastal Pacific Northwest. Afternoon

showers and thunderstorms will stretch along the East Coast

from the Southeast through New England. Less warm and humid

weather will expands into the Ohio Valley, Northeast and

mid-Atlantic.
