PM Modi may give SCO Summit a skip amid strained China ties

Prime Minister Narendra Modi may skip the July 3-4 Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in Astana amid chill in ties with China. He may depute external affairs minister S Jaishankar to represent India.
