Charlotte Ann, a gypsy girl from the UK, has revealed the popular chain that she loves for stunning summer dresses.

Posting on social media, Charlotte, who describes herself as ‘Queen Boujee’, shared a clip with the caption ‘Boujee on budget Primark dress.’

According to Charlotte, the cheap dress is sure to make you look boujee – luxurious in lifestyle yet humble in character.

Charlotte then shared her love for Primark, as she said: “This dress is from Primark – I think this dress is really nice, I really, really do, and I think we should talk about how Primark is starting to get a bit better again.

“They went through a phase where their clothes, like, ‘oh, Primark, what are you doing?’, but now they’re starting to, I believe, remember the roots – they’re getting back to their original selves.”

Charlotte styled the summer dress with a Louis Vuitton belt, matching designer cross body bag and her iconic bangles,

She confirmed that her new tiered dress, which has a plunge zip detailing, was just £16.

Thrilled with her find, she beamed: “I love it. It’s actually a loose fit, but I like a belt with these kinds of dresses.

“I think Primark’s coming back to their original selves.”

Charlotte then explained that she also has the beige dress, which is perfect for warm weather, in white, and intends to wear it with the same belt.

Following this, Charlotte claimed: “Primark is cheap and cheerful for when you have somewhere to go, but you need something quick to wear – that’s Primark, that’s its status.”

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @charlotteann00, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 45,700 views.

Social media users were impressed with Charlotte’s cheap dress and many took to the comments to express this.

Why is Primark the place to go to for bargains?

JUST how does Primark do it? Continue delivering on-trend items at such incredible prices? According to bosses, it's down to four points.

  • They “sell a lot of items” – Thanks to that, they are able to make savings by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
  • They “do very little advertising”
  • While their clothes offer the “latest trends”, they “don’t use expensive hangers, tags or labels”.
  • And lastly, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores”. This includes things like asking “suppliers to pack our t-shirts so they are ready to go straight on shelf”.

For more information about how Primark keeps their costs so low, and are able to deliver such amazing bargains, visit the Primark website.

Another added: “Beautiful on you.”

A third commented: “You look lovely.”

At the same time, someone else penned: “Really suits you, I’m gonna get one of these.”

How to look chic on a budget

Fashion stylist Gemma Rose Breger, and beauty journalist Samantha Silver revealed how you can make your outfits elevated without spending hundreds of pounds.

  1. Don’t ever spend on designer denim: River Island ”always has such a great selection of fashion-forward jeans that follow the current trends”. The high street retailer offers a great range of sizes to fit UK 6 – UK 18, and three leg lengths – and prices start from an affordable £25.
  2. There are no rules for jewels: ”Pick up something at a car boot sale, or charity shop, scroll on Vinted & eBay, snap up something from the clothing section in your local supermarket when doing the food shop or check out high street clothing stores.”
  3. Don’t forget the pre-loved sites: With a rising number of second-hand sites, such as Vinted and Depop, there’s no excuse for not buying – or selling – pre-loved garments. Gemma, for instance, has managed to get her hands on chic Chanel sunnies for a mere £17.
