Arvind Kejriwal bail: Delhi CM moves SC after HC imposes stay on his release

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has filed a petition in the Supreme Court of India against the Delhi High Court's decision to stay Arvind Kejriwal's bail in the alleged excise policy case. The Delhi High Court has reserved the order on ED's petition seeking a stay on the trial court's plea and said the order will be passed in around two to three days. Kejriwal had previously been granted interim bail on a ₹1 lakh bond earlier this week.
