Public Defender's Office: Police violence tramples on Israelis' human rights, must be stopped

Police violence is the 'result of non-enforcement against violent police officers, turning a blind eye and practicing leniency toward police officers who break the law,' says a senior official at the Public Defender's Office, in its first public reaction to the protests
