Case against Prajwal Revanna's brother Suraj Revanna over alleged sexual assault

A case has been filed against Janata Dal (Secular) MLC Suraj Revanna, son of HD Revanna, for alleged sexual assault. The complainant, a party worker, accused Suraj of assaulting him at his farmhouse on June 16. The FIR includes charges of voluntary carnal intercourse against the order of nature, wrongful confinement, and criminal intimidation. The complainant alleged threats and bribery attempts from Suraj's close aide. This follows the arrest of Suraj's brother, Prajwal Revanna, for separate sexual assault allegations during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
