But the brunette beauty, who described her twin baby bump as “huge”, left social media users stunned at the size of her bump – so much so that many were convinced she was in fact having triplets.

In a clip shared online, Rachael stod in hospital, as she lifted up her white vest top to show off her baby bump.

Rachael raised her eyebrows, clearly shocked at the size of her belly, as the expectant mother then wrote: “When you’re full term with 90th percentile twins.”

Alongside the video, Rachael attached an audio that said: ‘Explain this to me – why the hell, is it that big? It’s bigger than my face.

‘I’ve never seen one this big – dinosaur size. At least can you explain to me why it’s so beefy?’ ‘I’ve never seen one this big – dinosaur size. At least can you explain to me why it’s so beefy?’

Rachael confirmed that she was measuring big, as she continued: “Midwives are saying I doubled in size overnight. I tend to agree.”

Rachael explained that her pregnancy had been a “wild journey”, as a result of sleepless nights, wheelchairs, bedrest and monitoring.

But the TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @ditchbricknell80, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 474,500 views.

Social media users were left gobsmacked at the size of Rachael’s bump – so much so that many said their back hurt just looking at her, and many took to the comments to share their thoughts.

Not only this, but many hailed Rachael a ‘warrior’ and sent her ‘strength’.

One person said: “Lord have mercy on your soul, you’re a warrior!!”

Another added: “My lower back hurts watching this.”

A third commented: “Your poor back. Sending you rest and strength.”

Not only this, but many were convinced Rachael would be having triplets, as one penned: “Wow triplets??????”

At the same time, social media users were stunned that Rachael’s bump wasn’t covered in stretch marks.

One user wrote: “And blessed with the no stretch mark gene.”

What is the 'baby bump theory'?

Can the gender of an unborn baby really be determined by the bump?

Popular theory suggests a baby’s gender can be revealed by the shape of the mother’s bump.

For years, it has been claimed that the way a woman carries their unborn child can predict whether it is a girl or a boy.

If followed, the theory suggests the baby will be a boy if the bump is high and at the front. A lower, more spread out bump is said to indicate a girl.

But this really is just an old wives’ tale.

In reality, the only way of finding out the sex of an unborn baby is through medical screening.

This can be done several ways – via an ultrasound, a chromosomal blood test or through a CVS/ amniocentesis.

A second agreed: “Congratulations! Omg not even one stretch mark.”

Whilst someone else shared: “No stretch marks. You’re so lucky. Good luck with your babies. Get lots of help.”

To this, referencing her lack of stretch marks, Rachael beamed: “I have no idea how I got away with it!!!”

She also added: “Honestly – it’s probably just genetics. I did get two little weird stretch marks near my belly button with my son… but no stretch marks this time.”

Rachael later explained that two days after filming her TikTok video, she gave birth to her twins, at 36 weeks, and was recovering from a c-section.

Rachael described her babies – Asher Zion and Arlo Jude – as “miracles”.
