Hoax bomb threat to Air Arabia flight in Kerala's Calicut airport

A hoax bomb threat was made to an Air Arabia flight from Calicut International airport, causing the aircraft to be grounded. A passenger left a note stating 'bomb' on one of the seats, which was found by ground staff. The flight was grounded and the bomb detection squad conducted a thorough inspection. The flight was rescheduled for 5 pm, and passengers have been provided with food and water.
