Eight crew members of Baltimore ship crash to return to India

After a three-month wait, eight crew members of the MV Daki Cargo ship involved in the Baltimore bridge crash are returning to India, while others remain for litigation. A judge allowed their departure despite city motions to keep them in the US. The ship is set to leave for Norfolk, Virginia, with four crew members staying on board.
