Party held to celebrate centennial residents
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A local non-profit celebrated a big milestone for several of its residents. The Wesley Community held an Alice in Wonderland-themed tea party for several residents who were turning 100 years old or older.
Paula Griffiths is the oldest resident, and she is turning 110 years old. She said the key to living so long is to live a clean lifestyle. She also had a humorous response when asked how she felt about being 110 years old.
"Well, either the good Lord loves me, or he didn't want me," she said with a laugh. "One of the two."
Griffith said she is from Cambridge and also spent time living in Saratoga.
