Lakeville's Regan Smith earns third individual event at Olympics

Regan Smith of Lakeville won the 200-meter backstroke to add to her victories in the 100 back and 200 fly earlier this week at the U.S. Olympic swimming trials, while Caeleb Dressel earned his first individual race of the Paris Games.
