Person struck by train in Brooklyn, No. 2 line delayed: MTA
BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A person was struck by a train in Brooklyn at the Burke Avenue station Friday, causing delays to the No. 2 subway line, according to the MTA.
The incident occurred around 4:51 p.m.
The person was taken to a hospital. Delays are reported in both directions, according to the MTA.
Southbound trains are running on the express track from Gun Hill Road to East 180th Street. For stations skipped, passengers are advised to take a northbound train.
