- The M’s bolstered their bullpen depth by agreeing to a minor league deal with left-hander Rob Kaminsky — who formerly pitched in the organization in 2022.
Around the league...
- The Mariners aren’t the only playoff hopeful with bullpen issues — the Yankees agreed to a deal with left-hander Tim Hill, who was recently cut by the lowly White Sox.
- The Yanks will be without young outfielder Jasson Domínguez for about eight weeks as he recovers from an oblique injury.
- The Astros, looking for a spark in their pitching staff, are calling up right-hander Jake Bloss to make his MLB debut.
- This year’s Dodgers Shohei Ohtani bobblehead features his sweet pup Decoy — who also will bobble!
