No fighting allowed: Police, Secret Service says protesters at GOP convention must use voices only

The Secret Service and Milwaukee police expect vocal protests around the Republican National Convention from July 15-18 and they will uphold First Amendment rights. But there is a key rule -- keep your hands to yourself.
