Jennifer Lawrence to Star In & Produce Murder Mystery 'The Wives,' Inspired by 'Real Housewives'

Jennifer Lawrence has lined up her next big role, and it’s a murder mystery with a Real Housewives spin!

The 33-year-old Oscar winner is set to follow up her R-rated comedy No Hard Feelings with The Wives. Her involvement in the project will extend beyond the screen as she is also set to produce.

Variety reported on the movie, noting that it is in the early development phases but had been picked up by Apple Original Films.

The script is being managed by Michael Breslin and Patrick Foley. It does not appear that a director has been lined up yet, and we do not know much about the plot or cast.
