Unitech promoters cleared by SEBI in UBS fund transfer probe

The investigation, covering April 1, 2006, to March 31, 2008, aimed to determine if funds were transferred from Unitech to its foreign subsidiaries and then used to purchase Unitech shares via Pluri Emerging Companies
