Kohr Explores: Tigard Festival of Balloons takes flight again

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A beautiful and popular summer event is taking to the skies.

The Tigard Festival of Balloons returns for its 40th year on Tuesday with over a dozen hot air balloons taking flight.

KOIN 6 News' Kohr Harlan visited the festival to get a look before the festivities get underway.
