Unity Small Finance Bank to acquire office space in Mumbai’s Santacruz for Rs 227 cr

Centrum Financial Services-promoted Unity Small Finance Bank has agreed to buy 70,000 sq ft of office space in a commercial tower in Mumbai’s Santacruz suburb for over Rs 227 crore. The bank's purchase of the space, instead of leasing, shows its long-term commitment and growth plans. The deal includes exclusive access to 120 car parking slots in Unity Towers from the developer, Intercon Constructions, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 13.62 crore.
