Friends, family of man presumed drowned in Niagara whirlpool on campaign to get police to resume search

A man is presumed dead after falling into the Niagara River whirlpool last weekend and police have suspended their formal search — although friends and family are working to encourage them to keep looking for 25-year-old Shubham Manchanda, a former international student.
