FORECAST DISCUSSION:

Happy Friday!

The heat wave continues for us in Central Ohio, with some of the hottest days upon us today and tomorrow. Humidity is dropping ever so slightly each day, but temperatures are a degree or two hotter, so the end result is about the same—"feels-like" temps near the triple digits. As a result of the heat and humidity, an isolated storm chance will once again be possible during the afternoon, although most areas will remain dry. Highs top out in the mid to upper 90s both today and tomorrow.

We'll be watching Sunday closely, as a cold front moves into the region. This brings isolated showers during the morning, with more storms on tap during the afternoon and evening. Highs top out in the lower 90s.

Monday will feel much nicer, as we clear right up, and temperatures fall back to the upper 80s. Still warm, but back close to normal, and humidity will be significantly lower.

The stick to the air starts to move back in midweek, with highs returning to the 90s for Tuesday, and a few storms on the way Wednesday.
