Swimmer Ralf Tribuntsov breaks Estonian record to reach European final

Estonian swimmer Ralf Tribuntsov reached the final of the men's 50m backstroke at the European Aquatics Championships in Belgrade, Serbia. In doing so, Tribuntsov set a new Estonian national record.
