THE biggest ever Omaze prize is up for grabs for only £10 – it’s a luxury four bedroom London house with a gym, jacuzzi, and sauna.

The property is worth a whopping £5million with the winner also pocketing another £250,000 in cash.

The winner will not have a mortgage on the home and not have to pay stamp duty or legal fees

All that will go to the winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw which is raising money for London’s Air Ambulance Charity

The 4,700 sq ft chic home is in the heart of Victoria Park village and is complete with a gym, games area and spa facilities including a jacuzzi and sauna.

The home has been refurbished and extended to an exceptional standard – showcasing modern architectural design, whilst still celebrating its historical character.

But any winner doesn’t have to move in, they could instead rent the home out with local estate agents thinking it could fetch £12,000 a month.

Ex-England football captain & London’s Air Ambulance Charity supporter David Beckham has called on people to support the campaign.

David said: “As a proud Londoner I know how vital London’s Air Ambulance Charity is. When a patient is critically injured in the capital they don’t have time to get to hospital.

“But London’s Air Ambulance can deliver expert medics to perform emergency surgery anywhere in the city within minutes.

Now they need our support to reach their target to replace their two helicopters and make sure they can keep flying to save lives across London.

“I hope that people respond to this campaign so that everyone in our city knows that London’s Air Ambulance will be there if they need them.”

Entrants have between 20 June and 28 July to enter online and 20 June and 30 July to enter via snail mail.

The draw will be conducted on 1 August with the grand prize winner drawn the next day.

The home comes mortgage free and stamp duties and legal fees will be covered.

Beyond the house there are other prizes up for grabs, including a Maserati Gran Turismo Trofeo, a £50,000 cash prize, and a £100,000 cash prize also.

James Oakes, Chief International Officer at Omaze, said: “Everyone at Omaze is thrilled to be partnering with London’s Air Ambulance Charity for our latest house draw.

“By offering this incredible property in London along with £250,000 in cash, Omaze is giving people the chance to win a life-changing prize that can enable them to live mortgage or rent free, as well as raising money for charities and introducing its charity partners to new audiences that they wouldn’t otherwise reach at the same time.

“We’re immensely proud that the Omaze community has already raised over £43 million for good causes across the UK.”

London’s Air Ambulance teams attended to more than 2,000 patients last year.

They are also the only service in London who can perform life-saving interventions such as blood transfusions, and open chest surgery at the scene.

But the services costs £15 million a year with a £15 million bill to replace its two current helicopters.

The home sits in the London Borough of Hackney, which has been described as one of the ‘coolest neighbourhoods in the world’.

It has a ‘living wall’, oak herringbone flooring throughout, and even a home bar for entertaining guests.

Tickets to enter the draw cost from £10 for 15 entries up to £150 for 320 entries.

The winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, London, will get the keys to an expansive 4-bedroom property in the heart of Victoria Park village complete with a gym, games area and spa facilities including a jacuzzi and sauna. The spectacular house is the most valuable property ever to be offered in a UK prize draw.

The 4,700 sq ft property has been refurbished and extended to an exceptional standard – showcasing modern architectural design, whilst still celebrating its historical character.

The show piece of the house is the breathtaking reception area which features high ceilings with triple height glazing that fills the property with natural light, creating a spacious environment rarely found in London homes.

The stunning property, set in a small enclave, incorporates bespoke joinery, black powder coated metal work as well as the triple height 8.5-meter glazing. Period features, such as exposed original Victorian brickwork, have been flawlessly combined with contemporary styling and luxury conveniences, to provide elegant open plan living spaces ideal for both entertaining guests and relaxing with friends and family.

The winner will be greeted by the atrium courtyard garden and triple aspect reception area on the ground floor, that offer views onto the ‘living wall’ and roofless atrium.

The bespoke kitchen has a large central island and comes with Silestone tops, units finished in forest green and an array of Miele appliances – all of which are bathed in yet more natural light coming from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The ground floor also offers a large dining room, guest suite, utility room, cloakroom and further views onto the ‘living wall’ and roofless atrium. There is oak herringbone flooring throughout, complete with underfloor heating.

The lower ground floor offers dual access and is home to an additional reception and living area – as well as a games room with pool table, a home bar, a fully kitted out gym and a spa complete with jacuzzi and sauna for the ultimate workout and wind down experience.

This floor gives the winner access to the garden area in the roofless atrium. The highest point of the property reaches over 11 metres.

Heading up, the feature staircase provides the perfect view of the show stopping reception space. There is a study area on the landing as well as two further en suite bedrooms on the first floor.

The top floor is reserved for the main bedroom suite with a dressing area, bespoke cabinetry, additional seating area and en suite bathroom. There is also eaves storage on this floor.
