CCTV captured Justin Stein at Bunnings and driving across Sydney

On January 13 and 14, 2022, Justin Stein was captured on CCTV buying five 20-kilogram bags of sand and filling a boat with fuel before driving across Sydney with Charlise Mutten’s body in a barrel on his ute.
