Joey Essex’s sister Frankie sends sweet message to Samantha after Love Island star’s family hit out at Towie star
JOEY Essex’s sister has been supportive of his former flame Samantha Kenny after her eviction from the villa.
Samantha was dating the TOWIE star up until his recent ex Grace appeared on Love Island.
Joey soon fobbed the blonde beauty off as he rekindled his former relationship.
This left Sam single and vulnerable at the next recoupling ceremony, and she ended up being axed from the show.
Although she went home heartbroken, the Islander’s sister Toni made a sweet post on Instagram sharing that Samantha’s family see her as the ‘winner’ of the reality series.
She wrote: “Appreciation post for my girl.
“Can’t even put into words how proud I am of you Sam… you’ve made us the proudest family on the planet!
“Everybody loves you for just being you. You’re our winner kid. Love you so much.”
Joey’s sister Frankie Essex commented a series of hearts on the post, despite the pair’s public break up.
Frankie also previously made it clear that she was rooting for Samantha when she was in a love triangle with Joey and Harriett.
Her support comes despite the fact that Samantha’s family has hit out at the TOWIE star for his treatment of her.
The Scouser was left in floods of tears after seeing Joey sharing a passionate kiss with Grace before they got back together.
After the scenes aired, Toni took to Instagram threatening: “Nobody makes my little Sam cry.”
She went on to add: “Proud beyond belief of how strong you are my love. Keep telling them all to get f***ed & keep being the star of that show.
“Thanks for everyone’s lovely comments we all see them all & couldn’t be prouder of our girl.”
