Alberto causes widespread flooding in Texas, weakens to tropical depression

Alberto weakened into a tropical depression Thursday morning after bringing heavy rains to parts of Mexico and flooding Texas shores. CBS News' Dave Malkoff spoke to tourists stranded in floodwaters as new weather systems loom nearby.
