Cities work to stay cool as more than 80 million Americans are under extreme heat alerts

Cities from the Midwest to the Northeast are expecting peak temperatures more than 10 degrees higher than normal Thursday. In Philadelphia, there's a community effort to beat the heat with a "neighborhood cooling project" that works to build dozens of cooling benches with umbrellas, spraying water and plants around the city.
