Bombshell Matilda reveals exact connection to Love Island’s Ronnie as he talks ‘bad blood’ between them

LOVE Island bombshell Matilda Draper has revealed her connection to Ronnie Vint after her arrival in the villa last night.

The recruitment consultant, 24, walked in with fellow bombshell Konnor Ewudzi, 28, and immediately met the six Islanders they’d chosen to have a dinner date with.

The remaining contestants, one of which was Ronnie, gathered on the terrace.

Matilda immediately called up to him “Ronnie boy!” leaving him baffled.

The other housemates began asking how they knew each other, but the semi-pro footballer insisted he didn’t.

Later on, Ciaran Davies once again asked about their connection

Matilda said: “Well, he’s a Beckenham boy ain’t he. Well, I used to see his best mate.”

Ciaran replied: “Are you two sound?”

Matilda said: “Yeah, we are cool. Well, I hope so.”

Ronnie then admitted to the back story, adding: “Yeah, course we are. There is no bad blood or anything.”

His partner Tiffany Leighton needn’t feel threatened though as Matilda said it’s Sean Stone, Wil Anderson and Joey Essex who most appeal to her so far.

She said ahead of her arrival: “Sean seems so kind and has a lovely heart, I think he’s really beautiful too, he’s my number one. Wil is fit but I can’t work him out yet. Joey is also very good looking but I don’t know if he’s a bit of me.”

Explaining why she signed up for the series, Matilda said: “This year felt right for me, I’ve been single since 2022 and gave myself last year to really focus on finding myself because I was with my ex partner from the ages of 18-22 which are your formative years.

“I was in my housewife era back then which just isn’t me, I love being silly so the last year has been about having fun and loving myself but now I’m ready to find and love my person.”

One thing the boys won’t have to be worried about with Matilda is dealing with awkward pauses.

“I want to bring sunshine to the villa,” she said. “I’m lighthearted and don’t take myself too seriously. If things get too serious in the Villa I’m going to throw in a little joke or a ‘would you rather’.

“I’m obsessed with playing ‘would you rather’, I’ve got a list of 80 questions on my phone, it’s the best thing ever, I often think of questions and write them down before I go to bed.”

The devout Christian isn’t short of confidence either.

She said: “I’ve got a really kind heart, I’m definitely funny but also caring and loving. I’ve got a lot of love to give and when I love someone I love very deeply.

“Looks wise, I’m a good looking girl, I’ve got great t*ts, a great ass and great chat. Tick, tick, tick!”
