The regional breakdown is the following: Minsk Oblast is in the lead

(24.4%) followed by Minsk (19.4%), Brest Oblast (13.6%), Gomel Oblast

(13.3%), Grodno Oblast (11%), Vitebsk Oblast (9.5%), and Mogilev Oblast

(8.8%).
