Meerut to Ghaziabad in 30 minutes: Namo Bharat Rapid rail services to Meerut South station may start next week

The Namo Bharat rapid rail corridor is likely to be extended from Sahibabad to Meerut South by the end of this month, enhancing connectivity between Ghaziabad and Meerut. Approved by the Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety, this 8km extension will cut travel time to 30 minutes. The project includes 13 Meerut stations, with substantial benefits for students and commuters, promising a significant upgrade in travel efficiency.
