Mexican drug cartel tied to underground Chinese banking group

A money laundering bust has connected Mexico’s Sinaloa drug cartel to an underground Chinese banking group in California, according to U.S. authorities. The Department of Justice announced charges against 24 people accused of being connected to the cartel.
