Off-duty NYC employee arrested in Queens: NYPD

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An off-duty worker with the New York City Department of Sanitation was arrested on Tuesday in Queens, according to the NYPD.

Rodolfo Jimenez, 41, was taken into custody at around 10:20 p.m.

Jimenez allegedly filled a backyard pool using a public fire hydrant, according to the NYPD. He faces charges of theft of services and illegal use of telecommunications.
