Standoff ends in SE Oklahoma City neighborhood

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Oklahoma City Police responded to a possible barricaded suspect Wednesday morning.
Officials say officers responded to a home near SE 48th St. in southeast Oklahoma City after they received a call regarding a disturbance of someone firing a crossbow-like device towards a neighbor's house.
Police say when they arrived, the individual went inside and did not follow directions when negotiators attempted to talk him out of the home.
The four-hour standoff ended shortly after noon on Wednesday after the individual surrendered.
No more information is available as the investigation continues.
