Allied Blenders & Distillers said to set terms for $180 million listing

In a draft prospectus published in January, the company behind Officer’s Choice whiskey announced plans to raise up to Rs 15 billion. This would include Rs 10 billion from issuing new shares and Rs 5 billion from selling shares held by existing owners.
