Billy Ray Cyrus is firing back in new court documents and giving some insight into why he’s claiming “inappropriate marital conduct” and “fraud” in his reasons for divorcing his wife of less than a year, Firerose.

The pair wed on October 10, 2023 before he filed for divorce in late May.
