Kyrgyz Anti-War Activist Ordered To Pay Fine On Hatred Charge

A Bishkek court on June 19 ordered noted anti-war activist Ondurush Toktonasyrov to pay a 100,000-som ($1,140) fine after being convicted on a charge of inciting hatred online.
