Authorities say a bulk carrier has sunk in the Red Sea after being attacked by Houthi rebels. The Iranian-backed Houthis have launched attacks in the vital maritime corridor in protest of the Israel-Hamas war. The Israeli war against Hamas in Gaza is now in its ninth month. International criticism has grown steadily over America's support for Israel’s strategy of systematic destruction in Gaza, at a huge cost in civilian lives. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed Tuesday that the U.S. is withholding weapons needed for the war in Gaza. However, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken says only certain heavy bombs have been paused.
