Passenger growth on Elizabeth Line prompts new 10-train order
Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport - The government has confirmed funding for passenger transport manufacturer Alstom to deliver 10 new trains for the Elizabeth Line. This £370 million contract comes after increased demand, with 700,000 passengers using the Elizabeth Line every weekday, according to Transport for London (TfL).
