Putin says he will ink deal with North Korea's Kim to boost partnership

Russian President Vladimir Putin said he will sign an agreement with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to bolster their ties as the two met in Pyongyang on Wednesday in a bid to expand their economic and military cooperation and display a united front against Washington.
