Justin Timberlake's Mug Shot Released, Police Reveal What He Told Them Upon Arrest
Justin Timberlake‘s mug shot has been released online, hours after he was arrested for DWI.
The 43-year-old singer, who is currently in the middle of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, was arrested for driving while intoxicated during a night out in Sag Harbor, New York.
The arrest occurred in the early morning hours of Tuesday (June 18) after Justin visited the American Hotel with friends. You can see the mug shot in the gallery.
Justin‘s lawyer has already spoken out and said, “The charge was a single count because he refused the breath test. Mr. Timberlake was also charged with two other court citations, running a stop sign and not traveling in the correct traffic lane.”

“I had one martini and I followed my friends home,” Justin told cops, according to People.
The officer who stopped Justin noted that the singer’s “eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.”
