Russian Pres. Putin is in N. Korea meeting its leader Kim Jong-un. Tom'w Putin will visit Vietnam. The US is none too happy w/Putin's int'l forays. A US embassy spokesman in Hanoi said, "no country should give Putin a platform to promote his war of aggression, allow him to normalize his atrocities and blatant violations of int'l law". As if the US hasn't committed wars of aggression, commits torture and violations of int'l law.
