Josh Scott extends contract

Josh signed a short-term contract in January 2024, with an option to extend, and the paperwork for the next two seasons has now been completed and the former Newcastle United player will now add to the 15 appearances he made in Season 2023/24.

The 21 year old featured prominently at left wing back following his debut at Inverness Caledonian Thistle and also scored his first senior goal when he netted in a 5-0 win at Arbroath in last season’s penultimate game.

Callum Davidson said: “I watched Josh in action at an under-23 level before he came to us and he impressed then. You are never totally sure how well a player will step up in a league as competitive as the Championship but he did really well and I am delighted to have him here for the next two years.”
