The Colonie Police Department and other agencies responded to the scene of a small plane crash in the area of Maxwell Road, Albany Shaker Road, and Wolf Road in Colonie on Monday. Also, Anthony Ojeda was arraigned in Albany County Court on Monday after he was extradited to New York on Friday. Ojeda was charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of his 6-week-old son, who was found dead after ingesting meth.
