Karnataka seeks Centre's support for semiconductor investments akin to Gujarat

Industries & Infrastructure Minister MB Patil seeks support for semiconductor investments in Karnataka similar to the support received by Micron Technology in Gujarat under the Indian Semiconductor Mission. Micron is investing $2.75 billion in an ATMP plant with government subsidies. Kumaraswamy and Kharge have also commented on the investment.
