Bobby Brazier’s younger brother Freddie follows in EastEnders star’s footsteps as he lands first on-screen role
FREDDIE Brazier is following in his brother Bobby’s footsteps as he lands his first on-screen role.
The teenager, 19, has typically been out of the limelight while his brother stars in EastEnders and took part in Strictly Come Dancing.
But now Freddie has teamed up with his TV presenter dad Jeff for an on-screen role.
The duo have partnered with HomeServe – as the repair company finds that three million adults in the UK lack essential abilities such as resetting their fuse box.
Freddie will appear with Jeff in a series of videos tackling tasks young people struggle with the most.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun about the Freddie’s role, proud dad Jeff said: “He’s had a few experiences modelling and I think at some point he’ll possibly do a bit more but his interests lie elsewhere, at the moment.
“Fred is lesser known of the two. But Fred has lots of really wonderful traits and, actually, Freddie has joined up with Home Serve Collaboration.”
Jeff – who shared Freddie and Bobby with the late Jade Goody – admitted his basic DIY knowledge was minimal and he hadn’t passed on skills to his sons.
The star, 45, known for his roles on This Morning and the Postcode Lottery, was left impressed by Freddie’s camera skills.
He said: “What I also liked was that Freddie was really good, actually, at talking to the camera.
“I was so shy with that in the past, his confidence is growing and that’s lovely for his Dad to see.”
Meanwhile, Jeff also told The Sun how an X-rated joke with Bobby was cut from Gogglebox by producers.
The pair have become fan favourites on Gogglebox due to their hilarious banter and witty comments.
